Olympus Jets, a unit of Madras Travels and Tours Private Limited (“Olympus Jets”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), provides private jet charter brokerage services, shuttle seat programs, one-way deals, and membership services under the Spectre Membership Program (together, the “Services”). Olympus Jets is not an aircraft operator, does not hold an Aircraft Operator Certificate (AOC), and does not own or operate aircraft.
All aircraft are operated by independent, third-party licensed air charter operators holding appropriate approvals under DGCA (India), FAA (USA), EASA (EU), or other applicable aviation authorities.
By accessing our website, booking a flight, becoming a Spectre Member, or using any Olympus Jets service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Client / Passenger / Member: Any individual or entity using Olympus Jets’ services.
  • Operator: Third-party licensed air operator responsible for operating the flight.
  • Spectre Membership: Olympus Jets’ membership program with Lifestyle, Preferred, and Golden tiers.
  • Charter Agreement: Contract between the Client and the Operator, facilitated by Olympus Jets.
  • Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond reasonable control (see Section 15).

2. ROLE OF OLYMPUS JETS

2.1 Olympus Jets acts exclusively as a charter broker.
2.2 Olympus Jets does not take responsibility for flight operations, flight safety, crew qualifications, maintenance, or operational performance.
2.3 All operational responsibility lies solely with the licensed Operator.
2.4 Olympus Jets coordinates quotes, bookings, documentation, payments, ground arrangements, and customer support.
2.5 Olympus Jets does not guarantee aircraft availability or performance, which is subject solely to the Operator.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

3.1 All charter quotes are subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, and regulatory permissions.
3.2 A booking is only confirmed when:
●  The client accepts the quote
●  Payment is received in full or as per agreed schedule
●  All required documentation is submitted
●  The Operator confirms the flight
3.3 Changes requested after confirmation (schedule, routing, passengers, airports) may result in additional charges or may not be accommodated.
3.4 Bag and weight limitations depend entirely on aircraft capacity and operator guidelines.
3.5 Olympus Jets may decline a booking for safety, regulatory, or commercial reasons.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Charter prices may include or exclude (as applicable):

  • ersions and extended duty
  • Extra flying hours
  • Special catering
  • VIP handling (if requested)
  • Damage to aircraft or property

4.3 All payments must be made before flight release unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 If payments are not completed within timelines, the Operator may cancel the flight.

5. CANCELLATION, DELAY & REFUND POLICY

5.1 Operator cancellation policies take precedence.
5.2 Typical industry cancellations include:

  • 72–48 hours before departure: 25–50% cancellation
  • 48–24 hours: 50–75% cancellation
  • Less than 24 hours or “No-show”: 100% cancellation

5.3 Olympus Jets brokerage fees and Spectre Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
5.4 Refunds (if any) are issued only after the Operator settles pending amounts.
5.5 No refund is provided for:

  • Weather delays
  • Airspace closures
  • ATC restrictions
  • Technical delays
  • Immigration refusal
  • Force Majeure circumstances
  • Operator-led operational changes

6. SPECTRE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Olympus Jets offers three tiers:
6.1 Lifestyle (Free)

  • Access to website booking
  • Access to charter marketplace
  • General support

6.2 Preferred (Paid)

  • Access to shuttle flights
  • Access to one-way deals
  • Member events
  • Partner benefits

6.3 Golden (Premium Paid Tier)

  • All Preferred benefits
  • Priority access
  • Enhanced customer support
  • Exclusive invites
  • Upgrade priority (subject to availability)

6.4 General Membership Terms

  • Membership validity: 12 months
  • Membership fees are non-refundable
  • Benefits are subject to availability and operator approval
  • Olympus Jets may modify, update, or discontinue membership benefits with notice
  • Misuse of benefits may result in termination

7. AIRPORT, TERMINAL & INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITATIONS

7.1 Certain airports in India and internationally do not offer:

  • Dedicated FBOs
  • Exclusive private terminals
  • VIP facilities

7.2 In such cases, passengers may be processed via:

  • General passenger terminals
  • Shared lounges
  • Airport security-controlled pathways

7.3 Olympus Jets is not responsible for service differences between airports.

8. PASSENGER DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE

8.1 Passengers must provide valid:

  • Government ID
  • Passport & visas
  • Any regulatory permissions

Special clearances (if required)
8.2 Olympus Jets is not liable for refusal of entry/exit by immigration or security authorities.
8.3 Operators or authorities may refuse boarding for non-compliance.

9. BAGGAGE, CARGO & RESTRICTED GOODS

9.1 Baggage is subject to weight and volume limitations of the aircraft.
9.2 Dangerous goods (DGCA/ICAO restricted items) are strictly prohibited.
9.3 Carriage of firearms, ammunition, or special cargo requires prior written approval and regulatory compliance.
9.4 Olympus Jets and the Operator are not responsible for:

  • Delayed baggage
  • Lost or damaged items, unless covered by operator liability rules

10. SPECIAL CATERING & GROUND SERVICES

10.1 Catering availability varies by airport.
10.2 Special catering may attract additional charges.
10.3 Ground transport, meet & assist, and concierge arrangements must be pre-booked.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS (IMPORTANT)

11.1 Olympus Jets’ maximum liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid for that booking.
11.2 Olympus Jets is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, diversions
  • Technical faults
  • Crew decisions
  • Baggage loss
  • Weather delays
  • Aircraft changes
  • Failure of Operator performance

11.3 All liability associated with flight operations lies solely with the licensed Operator as per applicable aviation regulations.

12. INSURANCE

12.1 All aircraft are insured by the Operator, not Olympus Jets.
12.2 Clients are encouraged to obtain travel or charter-specific insurance.
12.3 Olympus Jets does not provide any insurance or undertake insurance liability.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Olympus Jets is not liable for disruptions due to:

  • Weather
  • Political unrest
  • Airspace closure
  • ATC delays
  • Pandemics
  • Natural disasters
  • Operator technical issues
  • Government directives
  • Global events

No refunds or compensation are guaranteed in such circumstances.

14. DATA PRIVACY

14.1 Personal data is handled per Olympus Jets’ Privacy Policy.
14.2 You consent to sharing your data with Operators, ground handlers, regulatory bodies, and authorities as required.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
15.2 Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Chennai, India.
15.3 Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication.

16. AMENDMENTS

Olympus Jets may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
