Spectre Membership T&C

General

• Memberships run for 12 months from purchase.
• Annual fee charged at signup, no hidden costs.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Your membership covers benefits only, all flight costs and optional upgrades are charged per trip.

Renewals & Cancellations

• Membership auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancel any time, benefits remain active until the current term ends.
• We’ll send renewal reminders, no surprise charges.
• All membership fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your membership will prevent future renewals only.

Availability

• Tier benefits apply subject to fleet availability and operational constraints.
• Guaranteed aircraft promise applies only on eligible peak days as defined in your member dashboard.
• Spectre Golden and Preferred receive priority allocation and upgrade eligibility.

Credits, Referrals & Promos

• Referral credits and promotional offers are applied as travel credit, not cash.
• Credits expire if the membership lapses; they are subject to standard booking rules.
• Promotional offers, empty-leg access and partner perks are time-limited and may change.

Usage Rules

• Membership privileges are for the registered member and named guests only.
• Seat bookings on Shuttle Flights may be subject to capacity and minimum participation.
• Upgrades are subject to operational availability.

Fees, Taxes & Payments

• Rates shown do not include GST, airport fees, government taxes, surcharges, or any other mandatory charges. These will be added as applicable at the time of billing.
• We accept major payment methods; large transactions may require verification.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

Operational & Safety

• All services are provided subject to regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
• Aircraft substitutions may occur; equivalent or upgraded alternatives will be offered where possible.
• Flight times, routings and permits are subject to change for operational or regulatory reasons.

Additional Terms

• Terms may be updated; we’ll notify members 30 days before material changes.
• Disputes handled via our client service team first — escalation paths available.

Selective Airport Handling & Terminal Restrictions

• Some airports in India and abroad do not operate dedicated FBOs or private terminals; in such cases, all arrivals and departures will be handled through the main terminal or airport-assigned facilities.
• Security screening, immigration, and customs (where applicable) will follow the protocols of the respective airport and may differ from typical private aviation standards.
• Ground handling, VIP services and lounge access are subject to availability and may vary based on airport infrastructure.
• Turnaround times and boarding procedures may be longer during peak commercial hours at airports without private terminals.
• Olympus Jets will always aim to provide the fastest and most seamless experience, but airport-specific restrictions may limit certain services or conveniences.
